These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you browse this website or book event entertainment with Grazie Mille Events (“Grazie Mille,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Fernanda Padilla. By submitting a booking request or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Grazie Mille Events provides fully hosted kids packages, game rentals, and related event entertainment. We serve the Las Vegas area (including Henderson, Summerlin, and North Las Vegas) and Guadalajara, Mexico, in connection with our family business roots at Eventos Exclusivos.

2. Services

Packages and rentals described on this site (including Circuit Games, Base Camp, and à la carte rentals) are summaries. Final scope, staffing, duration, and pricing are confirmed in writing before you pay a deposit. Starting prices on the site are guides and may change with guest count, duration, travel, staffing, and venue conditions.

3. Booking requests

Submitting the online form does not guarantee your date. We aim to reply within 24 hours to confirm availability. After we confirm, we typically send an insurance certificate, EIN, service agreement, and invoice so you can secure the booking.

4. Deposits and payment

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due the day of the event, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Deposits and payment methods will appear on your invoice.

5. Changes, reschedules, and cancellations

Reschedule and cancellation terms are set out in the service agreement you receive before paying. Availability and timing affect what we can offer. If weather or venue conditions change, contact us as soon as possible so we can plan cover, shade, or an indoor backup when your space allows.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate guest counts, ages, date, time, and venue details.
• Ensure suitable space, access, power, and adult supervision for your guests overall.
• Follow any safety briefing for higher-energy games or rentals.
• Secure any venue permissions or HOA/school approvals needed for our setup.

7. Our responsibilities

For hosted packages, we provide arrival, setup, trained hosts for the games, and pack-out as described in your confirmed booking. We plan age-tuned activity mixes and weather contingencies when we have the details we need from you.

8. Website content

Photos, copy, and pricing on this site may be updated without notice. Public event listings are for information and may change. This site may link to third parties (for example Instagram, WhatsApp, or Google). We are not responsible for those sites’ content or policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Grazie Mille is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from an event booking, except where liability cannot be limited. Our total liability related to a booked event is limited to the fees you paid us for that event, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Governing details

These Terms are meant to work alongside your signed service agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls for that booking. For questions about these Terms, email us at the address above.
